The Duty Manager will assume full responsibility of the Retail, Admissions and Rental Departments. Focusing on department standards, guest service delivery and commercial opportunities. The role will also involve managing and controlling Snow Abu Dhabi internal and external audits as well as full stock and inventory provisions for both retail and rental departments.
Job Responsibility:
Creation of training plan for all team members in the Warm Side, ensuring training records are up to date.
Monitoring guest satisfaction scores and maintaining an action plan to consistently exceed guest satisfaction targets.
Working with the Head of Operations oversee the internal and external audit process for Snow Abu Dhabi and closing out of all outstanding points.
Manage all facilities, third party and projects contracts to be in-line with the agreed-on budget.
Responsible for maintaining Snow Abu Dhabi standards and assisting in all departments.
Directly overseeing warm side operations (Admissions, Retail and Rental), whilst indirectly monitoring all other operations in the facility
Ensuring the day to day operations of Snow Abu Dhabi according to the Snow Abu Dhabi SOP’s.
Development and maintenance of best practice operating policies and procedures for all aspects of the warm side operations in consultation with the Head of Operations and other key members of the senior team.
REQUIREMENTS:
A demonstrable passion for customer service and the quality of the guest experience.
Retail or commercial background preferred
Must be flexible with working hours, and available to work weekends and Public Holidays
5 – 10 experiences in a similar position
Degree or comparable level of professional experience and training.
Health and safety training.
