- Roles:
- Ensure business is segregated as per operations requirement and justifies activity revenue.
- Ensure maximization / optimization of profit, resource utilization.
- Prepare Monthly Reports & Statistics including benchmarking data.
- Gather and utilize market intelligence. Maintain relevant client data and ensure updating regularly.
- Ensure regular interaction with potential and existing clients.
- Developing short and long-term strategies for the enhancing sales overall and outlet wise.
- Design & develop new Marketing & Advertisement plan and budget.
- Manage Relationships through Customer Relationship Management and ensure Customer
- Satisfaction.
- Ensure regular marketing campaigns to build brand awareness & add value.
- Ensure implementation of Quality Policy with Business Strategy.
- Explore and propose new areas, venues of business.
- Build strong and motivated sales team.
- Educations:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales support role o & Profit Centre management
- Experience in the Travel/Tourism/Hospitality industry is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
