  • Roles:
  • Ensure business is segregated as per operations requirement and justifies activity revenue.
  • Ensure maximization / optimization of profit, resource utilization.
  • Prepare Monthly Reports & Statistics including benchmarking data.
  • Gather and utilize market intelligence. Maintain relevant client data and ensure updating regularly.
  • Ensure regular interaction with potential and existing clients.
  • Developing short and long-term strategies for the enhancing sales overall and outlet wise.
  • Design & develop new Marketing & Advertisement plan and budget.
  • Manage Relationships through Customer Relationship Management and ensure Customer
  • Satisfaction.
  • Ensure regular marketing campaigns to build brand awareness & add value.
  • Ensure implementation of Quality Policy with Business Strategy.
  • Explore and propose new areas, venues of business.
  • Build strong and motivated sales team.
  • Educations:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales support role o & Profit Centre management
  • Experience in the Travel/Tourism/Hospitality industry is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
