Utilizing Google Analytics for generating Reports, analyzing ROI, etc.
Good knowledge of keyword optimization, SEO, and SEM.
Working with the Marketing Team to publish offers, campaigns, and promotions as per the Media Plan.
Managing social media campaigns and broadcast channels of Smart Group of Companies: Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, TikTok (launching paid campaigns, organic posts, engaging with users on their comments, messages, etc.).
Growing the website traffic by launching effective campaigns to generate bookings and conversions.
Managing the CMS for uploading Holiday Packages, Offers, etc.
Chatting and updating Social Media inquiries to the CRM so the concerned product team can
follow up on leads.
Keeping a check on competitors’ social media/website promotions and strategies.
Staying updated with digital marketing trends and attending company/networking events when required
Communicating internally to get tasks completed.
Achieving monthly targets and executing Marketing activities approved by Management.
