Overview of the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the visibility, engagement, and commercial performance of our brands through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for enhancing website experience, managing eCommerce operations, and ensuring accuracy in product and inventory data. By driving sales performance, maintaining high-quality reporting, and leading key digital projects—including new services and platform launches—you will directly contribute to the continuous innovation and success of the AFW&J business unit.

What You Will Do

Sales

  • Drive eCommerce net sales and manage the gross margin budget.

  • Consistently achieve NSV (Net Sales Value) targets.

Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team on digital marketing budget allocation.

  • Analyze performance data to develop strategies for brand awareness, audience targeting, customer acquisition, and conversions.

  • Deliver growth in brand visibility, traffic generation, and conversion rates.

Website Performance

  • Optimise website functionality and enhance product content for an improved front-end experience.

  • Ensure consistent use of high-quality product images across all brands.

  • Improve the customer journey, particularly the checkout process, to increase conversion rates.

Product Management

  • Monitor and maintain daily accuracy of product pricing and inventory.

  • Ensure inventory data uploads are fully aligned with SAP system accuracy.

Project Management

  • Automate real-time updates within Shopify.

  • Implement new payment solutions and establish brand accounts across relevant digital platforms.

  • Build affiliate partnerships and introduce improved customer service features such as live chat and order tracking.

  • Successfully lead the launch of mobile applications on both iOS and Android.

eCommerce Operations

  • Collaborate with the Process and Compliance team to update SOPs in line with evolving workflows.

  • Ensure all SOPs remain current, efficient, and reflective of new processes.

Reporting

  • Prepare and share WTD, MTD, and YTD brand performance reports with Brand Managers.

  • Execute improvements based on feedback received from performance insights.

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • Proficiency with Shopify backend operations and management.

  • Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination across teams and external partners.

  • Ability to plan and execute ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

What Qualifies You for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Shopify-based platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in managing eCommerce operations and website optimization.

  • Technical expertise in product catalogue management, order processing, theme customization, app integrations, and customer support systems.
