The Digital Channel Operations Specialist will manage the day-to-day technical operations of websites, digital product catalogs, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel & Website Management
- Manage daily operations of websites, digital product catalogs, landing pages, and other digital channels.
- Update and maintain web content, technical information, datasheets, and digital assets.
- Ensure websites are responsive, accurate, secure, and aligned with corporate brand standards.
- Monitor website availability, functionality, security configurations, and page-load performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve website speed, usability, and overall digital performance.
Technical Deployment & CMS Operations
- Upload, format, and publish digital content through content management systems (CMS).
- Support the deployment of campaigns, landing pages, website updates, and new digital features.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external web developers during technical deployments.
- Assist with website localization, code implementation, script integration, and structural formatting.
- Ensure digital updates are delivered according to approved campaign schedules.
SEO & Digital Analytics
- Support technical SEO activities including meta tags, site maps, mobile responsiveness, and website structure.
- Monitor organic search performance and identify technical opportunities for improvement.
- Track website traffic, user journeys, lead-generation pathways, and conversion-related data.
- Support accurate implementation of website analytics and tracking systems.
- Monitor key website performance indicators and prepare technical reports.
Data & Tracking Management
- Maintain accurate records of website assets, links, tracking structures, and UTM parameters.
- Monitor data collection through web forms and integrated marketing platforms.
- Check data consistency across digital channels and backend systems.
- Prepare reports covering organic search performance, website traffic, bounce rates, and user-experience metrics.
Website Troubleshooting & User Experience
- Regularly monitor websites for broken links, form errors, layout problems, and mobile usability issues.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams to investigate and resolve website bugs.
- Support troubleshooting of backend errors and digital platform issues.
- Use website analytics and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Compliance, Security & Governance
- Ensure website layouts, scripts, forms, and data-collection processes follow company policies and applicable privacy requirements.
- Follow approved procedures for website publishing, data management, tracking implementation, and technical updates.
- Maintain appropriate security and governance standards across digital channels.

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing, Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in website management, digital channel operations, CMS, SEO, digital analytics, or related digital technology functions is relevant.
