Responsibilities:
Execute the production of various dishes, maintaining high quality standards in line with company guidelines.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in all work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
Maintain food quality by proper handling and storage techniques.
Collaborate with other departments as needed, fostering positive working relationships.
Promptly report maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns.
Follow instructions from supervisors to accomplish daily tasks efficiently.
Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the Management Team.
Oversee the receiving and storage of ordered items, ensuring both quantity and quality meet standards before use.

Qualifications Needed:
Preferred: Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
Prior kitchen experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in a large operation.
Relevant NVQ or similar certifications, including Basic Food Hygiene.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adhere to hygiene standards effectively.
