Job Role:
As a Customs Duty & Admin Executive, will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects related to customs duty, certificates, rebates, bill of entry, and refunds within our organization. Will ensure compliance with customs regulations and optimize customs-related processes to minimize costs while maintaining legal and ethical standard.

What you will do:
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the finance and administration team
Follow-up of Receivables of Exit/Entry certificates
Checking, verifying full set of received documents in compliance with customs regulations & requirements
Submitting the documents to Dubai & Abu Dhabi Custom online Portal as per the set schedule period.
Manage the filing, tracking, and retrieval of customs certificates
Identify opportunities for customs duty rebates and refunds
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customs compliance requirements
Stay updated and connected with customs personnel on any changes in customs laws and regulations in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Assist to Tax Team, Finance & Audits by providing necessary documentation and information as & when required
Generate reports on customs duty expenses, rebates, and refunds for management review

Required skills:
Strong planning, organizing skills, with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of customs system, rules, and procedures
Proficient in in MS Excel & PowerPoint

About the team
The role will report to the Head of Fleet Sales . You will be working in a dynamic and busy automotive fleet sales environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.

What equips you for the role
Knowledge of customs system, rules procedures, accounting knowledge, understand procedures of letter of credit.
IT literate, well versed in using Outlook / Office suite and SAP
College degree holder
4-5 years commercial experience with at least 2 years’ experience in re-export related work.
