Description:

  • Running CRM only properties (eg: CRM flashes, Inapps , popups , PLP banner, PDP )
  • Analyzing Push and email campaign data to identify CRM KPI’s and creating a weekly report (Open rate , CTR, Conversion rate )
  • Handling the coupon panel for creating coupon codes and vouchers for different departments
  • Working with product and tech team for different promotions coupon configurations
  • A/B testing when required or experimenting new ideas
  • Tracking all competitors communications to get an insight
  • Monthly catch up with content team to brainstorm new ideas
  • Tracking active customer journeys and executing them
  • Creating a yearly calendar for every every market cultural festive / trends (mainly: KSA /UAE/KWT)
  • Basic understanding of HTML to embed links in the emailers
    Creating a weekly CRM Promotion plan of push notifications
  • Working closely with merch and store team to get inputs for weekly promotions
  • Q/C copies that are written by copy writer and brainstorming new / trendy ideas
  • Designing a weekly wireframe for emailers (promotional & creative)
  • Working closely with creative and content team with the emailer layouts and aesthetics
