Job Description
Manage and oversee CRM system configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance to support changing business needs.
Control user access, roles, and security settings, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Design and conduct CRM training sessions to improve user adoption and system efficiency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related issues, delivering prompt and reliable technical support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM administration, ideally with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
Strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, reporting, and data management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving technical challenges effectively.
