Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Administrator / Data Analyst to manage, support, and optimize the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, reporting efficiency, and smooth CRM operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and CRM administration, with the ability to support business teams through reliable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and maintain customer data within the CRM system

  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

  • Provide first-level support to CRM users and resolve basic system issues

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries

  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources

  • Maintain CRM documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures

  • Assist with basic CRM workflow configurations and system enhancements

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

  • Deliver timely and accurate reports to support business decision-making

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of CRM platforms

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes

  • Experience handling large datasets and multiple data sources

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Patience and ability to support users across different teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Data Management role

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data integrity management

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to data confidentiality, governance, security, and compliance standards

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
