Position Summary:
The role involves evaluating and negotiating contracts with external vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms. It also entails overseeing the contract approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate contract records. Additionally, collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements, updating contract templates, and monitoring contract performance is required. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management is essential for process enhancement. Any issues or discrepancies in contract performance are to be promptly escalated to the relevant parties.

Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in contract management or a comparable position.
Demonstrated proficiency in attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
Capable of working autonomously and efficiently prioritizing multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
Proficient in utilizing contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possesses a professional demeanor and adept at fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
