Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Website Management

• Manage and maintain website content across multiple digital platforms.
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and customer experience goals.
• Ensure website information architecture follows industry best practices.
• Improve content structures, landing pages, and promotional pages to maximize engagement.

Digital Content & Editorial Management

• Lead content development projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage editorial requirements for business units and eCommerce teams.
• Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, consistent, and optimized for customer engagement.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance across all published content.

SEO & Digital Marketing Support

• Support SEO-friendly content development to improve website visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and content management best practices.

User Experience & Content Optimization

• Support usability testing, content architecture, and user experience initiatives.
• Improve website navigation and content accessibility.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and content validation processes.
• Enhance content templates and page layouts to improve customer journeys.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Alshaya eCommerce teams, agencies, designers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
• Communicate brand standards and content guidelines across teams.
• Support training and development of content management team members.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website content strategy.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and digital publishing standards.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of content management or digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing content across multiple brands or websites.
• Background in editorial content creation and website management.
• Experience working within retail, eCommerce, or digital environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong content planning and project management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content optimization.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and FTP tools.
