Job Overview
The Consultant, Technical will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable software applications that support business and technology requirements. The role involves full-stack application development, solution design, database management, system integration, testing, deployment, and technical support.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable digital solutions using modern technologies such as C#, .NET Core/.NET, React, Flutter, TypeScript, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET, React, Flutter, and TypeScript.
- Develop secure and reliable RESTful APIs, backend services, and application components.
- Implement modern software architectures, including Microservices, Clean Architecture, and CQRS.
- Design and manage SQL Server databases, including database schemas, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Develop reusable and maintainable software components following established development standards.
- Support application modernization projects and cloud migration initiatives.
Technical Solution Design
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop effective software solutions.
- Design and implement application features, system integrations, and technical components.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to software design decisions.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, security standards, and development best practices.
- Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) processes.
Testing, Deployment & Application Support
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while performing testing, debugging, refactoring, and optimization.
- Conduct functional testing to identify and resolve application defects.
- Investigate technical issues and provide support for production incidents.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployments across Kubernetes and Azure App Services.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to improving system reliability and scalability.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering application architecture, designs, specifications, integrations, and implementation details.
- Maintain accurate development and system documentation throughout the software lifecycle.
- Follow coding standards, technical guidelines, security practices, and documentation procedures.
- Keep up to date with emerging software development tools, frameworks, cloud technologies, and industry practices.
Team Collaboration
- Work with developers, business teams, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver software projects successfully.
- Participate in code reviews, technical meetings, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote software engineering best practices.
- Deliver assigned development activities according to agreed project schedules and quality standards.

- Support compliance with organizational standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Required Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in software development, application development, technical consulting, or a related IT field.
