Further expansion into our second manufacturing facility at DIP 2 with the successful installation of heat treat treatment, gas nitriding and phosphating facilities and a total of 14 machines.Eligibility & Responsibilities of an ideal candidate:
Estimation of machining hours and possible dispatch.
Review of all Tender Document Information for completeness i.e. Instructions to Tender, Specification, Drawing, Photos, Data Sheet, Technical Reports.
Expertise in production planning including tendering, sales contracts, engineering & production.
Chief contributor in reducing cost and streamlining production processes that saves time and money.
Material planning which involves placing pre-purchase requests for raw materials, spares, instruments and other works through ERP.
Maintaining the rough capacity planning, load charts, work balance charts for various work cells and adjusting the scheduling based on priorities.
Experienced in reviewing engineering drawings.
Coordination with the production team & preparation cost sheets including material cost, labour charges, sub-vendor costs if any and all costs incurred in the production of the item.
Preparation of quotes in response to enquiries for manufacturing various components.
Analysis and interpretation of machining requirements, raw material and tool requirements.
