HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking a Clinic Patient Lifecycle & CRM Sales Lead to take full ownership of the patient sales journey—from initial enquiry and lead capture to structured follow-ups, appointment conversion, and long-term patient retention across clinics.
This is a purely commercial healthcare sales role—not related to patient relations, customer service, marketing, PR, or communications. The position demands strong, hands-on CRM expertise, deep healthcare sales experience, and a proven ability to convert patient demand into appointments and revenue.
You will lead day-to-day sales activities for Patient Sales Coordinators and outbound sales agents, while also directly managing high-priority and corporate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Own the complete patient sales lifecycle: enquiry → follow-up → conversion → retention

Lead, guide, and support Patient Sales Coordinators and outbound sales teams with a strong commercial focus

Actively drive outbound follow-ups, appointment bookings, and sales performance

Convert walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries, and dormant leads into confirmed appointments

Conduct outbound sales calls and in-clinic, face-to-face sales conversations

Visit corporate offices to support patient acquisition and conversion initiatives

Use CRM systems daily to manage lead routing, enforce follow-up SLAs, maintain pipeline accuracy, and track conversion performance

Analyze sales data to identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Essential Requirements (Strict)

Mandatory background in healthcare sales (clinics, hospitals, or medical service providers only)

Strong, hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Proven success in patient lifecycle management and healthcare sales conversion

Demonstrated ability to convert leads into appointments and revenue

Experience leading or serving as a senior point of reference for inside sales or patient sales teams

Confidence in outbound calling and in-person commercial discussions

Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations and visit corporate clients

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
