Job Details:
To identify maintenance requirements for the property and communicate with the team for timely  resolution.
Manage all contractors working at the property to ensure safe, clean, and quality work.
To effectively manage and maintain the assigned building’s up-keep and security to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
Check and ensure that the internal and external areas of the property, and public areas including the beach are clean and up to required high standards.
Coordinate with the company’s Fire & Security team for checking & operation of the fire detectors & fire extinguishers for effective usage when needed.
Advise Management of any accident or unusual occurrence which affects the property’s equipment or the occupants.
Preparing and maintaining main majlis and guest rooms in excellent condition at all times. Excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards to be maintained.
Maintain inventory of all cleaning and other consumables needed for the property including guest room items
Ensure periodic cleaning of the beach and other garden areas to ensure all areas are fully clean
Ensure the safety & security of the property through periodic inspections of the common areas and the facilities’ area.
Coordinate appointments, accompany maintenance team to the work area and ensure the job completion.
Liaise with Maintenance Supervisor for arranging Maintenance Staff / Contractors to complete required repair works.
Record time taken for completion of each maintenance job to monitor the efficiency of operations by updating the logbook.

Al Futtaim Private Assets Facilities Management division is specialized in providing facilities maintenance to its customers. Job holder will play a key role on the following.

Required skills:
Good knowledge on the usage of all housekeeping machinery.
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Basic knowledge of property maintenance,
Good interpersonal skills,
Communication skills in English / Urdu/ Arabic, Safety Awareness
Alert & energetic personality, administrative ability,
Good knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards,

What equips you for the role:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Secondary Education

Minimum Experience:
2-4 years in the same field. Housekeeping experience in any good hotel is preferred.
