- Manager large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communiocations “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers need clarify information research every issue
- Transfer the calls to concerned technical team as per department and location.
- Keep records of all conversations, call completion report in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Fluent in english,Urdu/Hindi
- Familiar in ms office
- Need to be flexible with day night shift
- Diploma/Graduate degree
