The Buying Executive will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing vehicles, negotiating competitive purchase prices, assessing vehicle conditions, and maintaining the right stock levels to support business targets. The role requires strong negotiation abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a good understanding of the automotive market.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential vehicle sellers and source vehicles to meet monthly purchasing requirements.
Purchase vehicles at competitive prices in line with company valuation guidelines and stock requirements.
Achieve monthly vehicle purchasing targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.
Negotiate effectively with customers to secure favorable purchase prices and maintain targeted gross profit margins.
Monitor vehicle stock levels, stock mix, and inventory age to support faster vehicle turnover.
Maintain an appropriate balance of vehicle inventory based on market demand and business requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Follow Al-Futtaim’s customer service standards and the company’s Way of Behaviour.
Identify opportunities to source vehicles for retail sales and wholesale trading channels.
Support trade sales targets by identifying suitable vehicle purchasing and selling opportunities.
Conduct accurate vehicle inspections and assess vehicle conditions before purchase.
Ensure correct vehicle valuations and maintain accuracy throughout the purchasing process.
Work closely with the buying team to achieve operational and financial targets.
Required Skills and Experience
