Job Role:
Sales Targets:
Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues. Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory / segment to enhance sales volumes /revenues To Achieve Targets by Selling Home Loans to the Residents / Customers based in UAE Selling Product to acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database

Employee Development:
AML Training & Selling Skills and E-Learning
Acquire Assessment/Certification Standards Improve Product Knowledge through Training Program
Completion of all the required Product & System trainings in house thru L&D.

Cross selling:
Cross Sell other Products to the Customers in order to increase the market share of the Emirates NBD.
Cross sell non –assigned products & services to contribute the revenues and market presence. Attending KIOSK set by the bank in different locations / companies/ malls

Customer Service:
To provide Quality Service to the CM, to maintain Strong Customer Satisfaction, and live the Brand values of the Bank.
Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Market Intelligence:
Responsible to provide his / her feedback to their line managers on frequent basis, which is shared with the management & product team in order to improve product features and offerings to align with the market and customer’s requirement
Provide market intelligence to supervisors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans

Compliances & Processes:
following the Policies & Processes in place as per the CB directives
RBE has to be Vigilant while sourcing any Home Loan or any Cross Sell Product and putting bank benefits always ahead of anything and use utmost care and alertness all time
Proper Training is provided to the BDM at the time of the Induction, in order to deliver Quality to the Customers and to minimize RISK, inherited to the retail banking products by

MBA / BBA
