Job Role:
The Business Development & Growth – Senior Manager is responsible for identifying and introducing new scalable retail concepts to Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, in line with the business strategy & growth. The role will also support in developing and delivering on Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle strategy.

Job Responsibility:
Acquire and drive growth opportunities and negotiate new partnerships (franchise, license, distribution), to enrich the business portfolio of MAF Lifestyle.
Conduct post investment review and monitor KPIs of all new concepts
Create a culture of exploration and curiosity generating great moments of new ideas and constantly reframing the business to new heights.
Support Real Estate team in identifying suitable locations and avenues for new partners across the GCC region when required.
Support in promoting sustainability initiatives to transform the lives of the community and contribute to the net positive impact, and health and wellness, achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy
Identify and introduce new brands and business growth opportunities for MAF Lifestyle in line with the business strategy focusing on maximizing profitability.
Develop business plans and feasibility studies for new concepts in line with business strategy.
Deliver on MAF Lifestyle strategy by collaborating with Finance and business heads, identifying the strategic initiatives and developing a plan, aligned with Holding strategy.

Job Requirements:
Must have analytical & Negotiable Skills
Must have international brands knowledge
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business
10+ years’ experience in a Business Development or similar within Retail
