The Brand Manager holds a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of the brand, encompassing profit and loss management, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards across all locations. They lead the training and development of team members to achieve business objectives and sales goals. Constant evaluation and enhancement of policies and procedures are undertaken to align with Group Internal Audit standards and mitigate risks. Through strategic planning and execution, they drive profitability and elevate the customer experience in alignment with the brand’s core values and commitments.

In this role, you will:
Establish guidelines for maximizing margins across product categories and implement processes for analyzing margin fluctuations.
Develop a comprehensive commercial strategy spanning short-, medium-, and long-term goals on a global scale.
Define the layout of stores across all product categories, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and optimizing product placement.
Set and achieve operational standards for all stores, covering visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service, and security while upholding brand integrity.
Ensure all team members receive training and support to meet business plans and sales targets.
Shape and execute the brand operations strategy, encompassing the overall strategic plan.
Construct, implement, and oversee the budget and operational costs for all stores.
Enforce company procedures to maintain accurate inventory, system integrity, and profit protection across all stores.
Drive initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency within retail operations by reassessing current processes.
Collaborate with the GM-HR to monitor workforce costs and optimize productivity levels effectively.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Minimum of a college or university degree.
Previous experience in retail fashion is preferred, with a genuine passion for the industry being essential.
Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis, as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to make confident decisions and demonstrate leadership qualities.
A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to stay updated on the latest trends and brands.
Strong sales orientation and a willingness to continually learn and adapt.
