P&L Management: Be responsible for the brand’s financial health, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
International Expansion: Identify, strategize, and drive the brand’s presence in international markets, ensuring alignment with local cultures and regulatory environments.
Brand Management & Strategy: Oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of the brand’s vision and mission.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams like R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure brand success.
Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve product offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
Market Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and industry shifts to adapt brand strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
