As a Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for restoring buses and commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards while ensuring minimal downtime, workplace safety, and exceptional service quality. Key Responsibilities

• Perform denting, painting, and welding repairs on buses and commercial vehicles.
• Restore damaged vehicle bodies to high-quality industry standards.
• Complete repairs efficiently while minimizing rework and delays.
• Follow workshop manuals, technical guidelines, and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Inspect vehicle damage and recommend appropriate repair methods.
• Use specialized body shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate repair progress with workshop supervisors and service advisors.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Support roadside assistance and emergency repair services when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in automotive body repair, denting, painting, and welding.
• Knowledge of gas welding, arc welding, and modern body repair techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality repairs.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workshop.
• Basic English communication skills; Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Apprenticeship in Automotive Body Repair or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience repairing buses or commercial vehicles.
• Practical experience in denting, painting, and welding.
• Good knowledge of workshop equipment, repair techniques, and safety standards.
• A valid UAE driving licence is considered an advantage.
