A rewarding opportunity is available for a B2B Sales Coordinator with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy supporting sales operations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the B2B sales function, prepare sales reports, assist with customer inquiries, create quotations, maintain accurate records, and work closely with store teams to ensure products are available for customers. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the B2B Sales Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, KPI reports, and business performance summaries.
  • Respond to customer calls and inquiries professionally while ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain organized customer records, sales documents, and departmental files.
  • Update databases and prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Create customer quotations based on business requirements and pricing guidelines.
  • Coordinate with retail stores and interior design teams to confirm product availability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing timely support.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Requirements

  • High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail, sales support, customer service, cash handling, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
