ABRA is looking for a motivated Associate – Quality to join its quality assurance team in the UAE. - Perform quality inspections during various stages of production.
- Verify that products are manufactured according to approved technical drawings and quality standards.
- Inspect completed products before delivery and identify any defects or non-conformities.
- Report issues such as incorrect assembly, surface defects, alignment problems, or missing components.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly quality reports.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective action processes.
- Work closely with production, design, and project teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings to understand quality expectations and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or a Diploma in Interior Design or Wood Technology.
- 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
