The Associate Marketing Manager – F&B Online position is responsible for overseeing marketing and promotional initiatives for online and home delivery services, as well as virtual brands within the Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas sector. In this role, you’ll be tasked with developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market research data, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and devising creative approaches to enhance brand visibility and expand market presence

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the role include:

Strategic Marketing Support:

Assist in setting the strategic direction for marketing campaigns and promotions.
Analyze campaign data to enhance customer relationships and strengthen the market position of online/home delivery brands.
Digital Marketing Impact:

Evaluate the effectiveness of online/digital marketing for virtual brands and devise innovative campaigns for brand recognition and growth.
Marketing Plan Execution:

Develop and implement marketing plans to elevate brand awareness across Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas for online/home delivery and virtual brands.
Agency Management:

Coordinate with social media and design agencies for briefing processes and day-to-day communication for allocated brands.
Manage the relationship with the media buying agency and oversee the LPO process.
Collaboration with Delivery Platforms:

Work with delivery platforms to strategize and execute promotions for allocated brands.
Manage ad placements on delivery platforms.
Brand Management:

Conduct market research on competitors and customer preferences.
Ensure day-to-day brand management for allocated brands.
Campaign Oversight:

Oversee and execute campaigns from planning to completion, ensuring team members meet deliverables and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to maintain cohesion with business goals.
Content Development and Approval:

Ensure content, images, and graphical elements align with requirements before seeking final approvals.
Media Relationships and Optimization:

Develop relationships with key online and offline media platforms.
Organize barter deals to minimize advertising costs and enhance competitiveness.
Competitor Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze competitor information to inform marketing strategies and review pricing/advertising annually.
Provide monthly reporting on allocated brands.
Marketing Plan Implementation:

Support the implementation of the annual marketing and communications plan, covering public and media relations, content creation, social media engagement, crisis communications, features, and analysis.
Brand Ambassadorship:

Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging internal marketing teams to drive awareness, demand, and audience engagement

Definition of Success:

Success is defined by achieving business revenue and EBITDA targets, as well as effectively tracking budgets.


Collaborate in monitoring and achieving financial targets, including revenue and EBITDA.
Assist in the oversight and management of budgets.
Fulfill any additional tasks as requested by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.

Demonstrates a creative mindset and comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix, recognizing the significance of each marketing channel in meeting regional objectives.
Proactively leads marketing initiatives within their designated region.

Minimum Experience:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a particular emphasis on F&B. Associate marketing managers should demonstrate significant experience either within an in-house marketing department or at an advertising and marketing agency. Additionally, experience within a marketing team in a corporate setting is required, along with proficiency in various marketing domains including digital, loyalty, branding, and online trends.
