Job Role:
Step into a pivotal role as our Sales and Leasing Head for Residential/Commercial Portfolio. In this key leadership role, you will not only manage these vital components but also lead the charge in driving overall Sales & Leasing activities, Customer Relationship and Contracts Management.

Strategic Responsibilities:
Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals, and pitches to add to the overall leasing/sales deals done by the team.
Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client’s Resi and office space requirements.
Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source business through both direct marketing and networking with the local broker network.
Develop a proper market benchmark for all ResiComm portfolio.
Strategize all leasing/sales activities with economic approach – First Responsible on ResiComm Leasing/Sales Revenue (DFC + AFRE Portfolio + Auto Showrooms).

Operational Responsibilities:
Review with the marketing team data, expenses, advertising, and promotional expenses and analyze variances, initiating corrective action as required.
Engage the business community, Government, industry, and professional associations to create new contacts and generate new business.
Manage a CRM database of current and prospective clients including their parent companies.
Track and report back on sales/leasing performance on a weekly basis.
Review MOUs, conduct QA on transactions to ensure compliance with Company and DLD/RERA regulations.
Develop a sales and leasing strategy to achieve the organizational monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/leasing targets.
Analysis of market data and preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons.
Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the UAE real estate industry.
Prepare budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance.

People Responsibilities:
Work on leasing/sales scripts with the team.
Develop effective training programs that teach brokers or team how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.
Manage the performance and allocation of sales and leasing teams.
Provide leadership and support, while motivating and training Property Consultants.
Review team performance against targets.

Required Skills:
Superior written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write communications
clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Experience and reach to local, regional, and international prospect businesses.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven track record of success in residential real estate (sales/leasing/business development) in the UAE.
Exceptional sales and customer relationship management experience

What equips you for the role:
8+ years of experience in a managerial role working with a real estate developer or consultancy firms.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Proven track record of success in Luxury/ High-end Properties (sales/leasing/business development).
