Job Role:
This role will involve responsibilities of tenant liaison for matters related to work permit approvals for mall tenants pertaining to in store refurbishments, fit outs and inspections. Liaising with tenants for executing jobs arising out of tenants requirements. Implement and ensure consistency of operational procedures and ensure tenant database is up to date

Job Responsibilities:
Verify all work permits in consultation with the Electrical and Civil Engineer and Security and approved them as per mall policies and procedures.
Follow up with existing tenants and Operations Team to ensure the closure of open work permits.
Responsible to receive work permits related to in store refurbishments and fit out works from tenants and contractors.

Tenant Coordination:
Coordinate with tenants for hoarding installation upon store closure and submission of store closure report to Senior Management, leasing, Finance Department
Coordinate with tenants and customer service for reimbursement of gift vouchers.
Ensure periodic inspections are conducted with tenants on operating as per industry best practice’s
Ensure up to date tenant database
Conduct back of house inspections in coordination with security to ensure no hazards are created by tenants
Correspondence to tenants in a timely manner regarding mall events, gift vouchers, mall timings, operational policies and procedures, tenant compliance, etc.
Arranging retailer meetings in coordination
Tracking of stores who are to cease trading in coordination with Leasing Team.

F & B and Tenant Inspection :
Submission of inspection report for review and approval.
Notices to be issued to tenants of the inspected conducted.
Responsible for the inspection of all food and beverage and tenant outlets at Festival Centre and ensure compliance as per mall standards.
Organize spot checks and inspections of all F & B and tenant outlets on daily/weekly basis with the supervisors.

Graphic Installation:
Organize, issue and approve job requests to respective vendors to ensure hoarding and graphic installation is completed.
Upon completion of job, verification of invoices and processing to Finance for timely payments.
Responsible for installation of hoarding in coordination with the contractor and Operations Team for closed units in the mall.

Review and escalate none routine job requests
Maintain Job request history and database
Issue job requests
Job request management

Job Context:
This role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the company’s reputation in the shopping centre industry. Serve as a point of contact for the mall tenants to ensure professional tenant-landlord relationship.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Minimum Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience in coordination and follow ups preferably in a shopping canter.
