Job Details:
Collaborate closely with the Manager – IT Security Governance to assess and mitigate potential risks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and external vendors.
Continuously improve testing processes and tools, incorporating new best practices as needed.
Ensure a suitable work environment for the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and schedules for in-house and outsourced projects.
Manage and coordinate the work of the QA team, including both onshore and offshore members.
Ensure that test plans and cases are designed and executed according to the best practices and project goals.
Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of testing activities.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with security and performance testing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of software testing best practices and methodologies.
Proficiency in test planning, execution, and reporting.
Experience with various testing tools and techniques, including automated testing.

Experience with both in-house and outsourced software development projects.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in managing a QA team.
