Roles & Responsibilities:
Single View of Truth: Act as the single source of data for the entire team.
Critical Path: Create and maintain a critical path for the entire business.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on stock inflows, cost metrics, lead times and other KPIs.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Implement Power BI dashboards for presentation of relevant metrics to the management.
Management Presentations: Periodically create presentations on the performance of the supply chain for visibility to the CXOs/CEO
Control Tower: Analyze lead times for various legs of the supply chain, identify outliers having SLA breach, and take measures for problem resolution.
Automation: Execute process study of the entire supply chain. Identify areas of improvement. Suggest and implement best practices for efficiency improvement/bring in automation.

Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Sound knowledge of logistics and RPA
Master’s degree in business administration (preferably).
Proven experience (3-4+ years) in a analytics role, with a track record of optimizing processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement data-driven strategies.
Proficient in MS-Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
