The Assistant F&B Manager will play a key role in overseeing food and beverage operations, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery across hospitality venues. The successful candidate will work closely with management to enhance guest satisfaction, maintain operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Act as the manager on duty during assigned shifts and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support supervisors and frontline staff to achieve operational objectives.
- Respond quickly to operational challenges and customer concerns.
Guest Experience Management
- Deliver outstanding hospitality experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Address guest feedback professionally and implement effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Team Management
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to food and beverage teams.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
- Assist with staff training and ongoing development initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, and operational procedures.
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate operational records.

- Contribute to cost control initiatives and efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or premium food and beverage operations is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
