Preparing offer for spare parts for fire pump set packages, diesel engine, pumps, controller and accessories.
Handling service complaint.
Contacting OEM’s, suppliers, Dealers for special requirement.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and application guides.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company’s pump products.
Candidate Profile:
Familiarity with pump design software and CAD tools.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
3-5 years of experience in application engineering, preferably in the pumps industry.
Strong knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, and fluid dynamics.
