Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring an experienced Andon professional to join its Volvo Service Centers across the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for automotive professionals with strong technical leadership skills who are passionate about improving workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
As an Andon, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead daily workshop meetings and monitor team performance.
- Support technicians with technical guidance and operational best practices.
- Improve workshop productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and 5S standards.
- Monitor work progress and maintain service turnaround targets.
- Help resolve technical issues and customer service concerns.
- Support staff training and professional development.
- Contribute to customer retention by delivering high-quality after-sales service.
- Coordinate continuous improvement projects within the workshop.
- Maintain accurate service records and performance reports.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in an automotive dealership or after-sales service environment.
- Experience leading workshop teams or serving as a technical supervisor.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong attention to detail.
