Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for an experienced Aftersales Key Account Manager to join its Corporate Fleet team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing strategic fleet accounts across government, taxi, limousine, rental, leasing, and corporate sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality aftersales support for BYD EV, PHEV, and REEV vehicles, improving customer retention, supporting service operations, reducing vehicle downtime, and developing long-term relationships with key fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Account Management

  • Act as the primary aftersales contact for key fleet customers across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government, corporate, taxi, rental, and leasing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable aftersales solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and fleet retention.

Aftersales Service Coordination

  • Monitor service delivery and coordinate with service centres to resolve customer concerns.
  • Manage breakdown, repair, recall, and vehicle-off-road (VOR) cases.
  • Follow up on repairs to support the timely return of vehicles to service.
  • Coordinate with bodyshop teams to provide efficient accident repair support.

Customer Retention & Revenue Growth

  • Promote service contracts, maintenance packages, and other aftersales solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer retention and aftersales revenue.
  • Support the development of customised maintenance solutions for major fleet operators.
  • Monitor account performance and recommend improvements where required.

Electric Vehicle Support

  • Support aftersales activities for EV, PHEV, and REEV vehicles.
  • Coordinate relevant EV and new-energy vehicle training for customer representatives, technicians, and operational teams.
  • Maintain awareness of electric vehicle technologies and their specific maintenance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with fleet customers, service centres, bodyshops, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate complex issues and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the customer service process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Automotive, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, fleet account management, or a customer-facing automotive position.
  • Experience working with fleet operators, government organisations, leasing companies, rental businesses, or taxi operators.
  • Good understanding of automotive service operations and vehicle maintenance processes.
  • Knowledge of EV, PHEV, and REEV technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
