Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring an experienced After Sales Manager – New Product Development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on expanding aftermarket business opportunities, developing new products and services, increasing customer retention, and driving revenue growth across the Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial Equipment, and Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies for spare parts, maintenance contracts, and technical services.
- Identify new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial Equipment, and Energy industries.
- Expand customer accounts while improving retention and long-term business relationships.
- Introduce new aftermarket products and service offerings to increase revenue.
- Manage annual sales targets, profitability goals, and market expansion plans.
- Build relationships with contractors, engineering companies, and industrial customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with product management, operations, and inventory teams to improve service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and commercial plans.
- Support contract negotiations, customer lifecycle management, and account development.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, industrial equipment sales, marine sales, or Oil & Gas sales.
- Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of aftermarket parts, maintenance contracts, and technical service operations.
- Knowledge of air compressors, rotating equipment, diesel engines, industrial machinery, or marine equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing aftermarket products and service programs.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and customer support solutions.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
- Experience managing key accounts and achieving sales growth targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
