Role & Responsibilities:
To process confirmations in the shortest possible time.
To handle guest messages and communication needs.
To update all records promptly.
To enter all guest data in the computer immediately and accurately.
To handle guest requests and enquiries providing accurate information.
Adhere to the hotel policies and procedures.
Attend to all guests who approach the administration office in a timely & professional manner.
Control S&L forms and records according to the Jumeirah standards for document control.
To always answer telephone calls.
To attend to all guests who approach the reception area.
To attend to guest registration procedure efficiently, and reservations using the correct reservation forms.
Ensure that office files are updated and orderly.
Have thorough knowledge of services and products, activities, promotion, and guest membership loyalty program.
Maintain all office supplies required to carry out duties.
Assist and work in operation when needed.
Perform another related task.

Qualifications and Experience:
Strong Administrational and office skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, with resort environment.
Good understanding of core resort operations.
Has previously relevant wellness, Sports and leisure practice with proven record.
3 years’ experience working in a 5-star hotel in a similar position.
