Job Details:

Maintain employee records, including updating personal information, tracking time off requests, and managing employee benefits.
Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
Assist with HR compliance, including ensuring all employee files are up to date and conducting audits as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee training and development programs, including coordinating workshops and seminars.
Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
Assist with performance management process, including tracking employee goals and objectives and preparing performance evaluation materials.

Candidate Profile
High School diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
