Duties and Responsibility:

  • Supervise the disbursement, payroll and treasury account, and the cost accounting of the organization
  • Ensure the correctness of all transactions in the book of acccounts by doing proper reconciliation
  • Reconcile and verify all government contributions and statutory payments.
  • Assist the FC in preparing appropriate entries and process of month end closing
  • Ensure that all services contracts, insurance and permits and licenses are updated
  • Document accurately profit and losses
  • Submit reports in a timely manners, ensuring delivery deadlines
  • Review audit issues to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile balance sheet to ensure account balances are supported by appropriate docuemntation
  • Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability

Duties and responsibility:

  • Utilize interpersonal and communications skills to lead influence and encourage other team member.
  • Ensure compliance with the standard and local operating procedures.
  • Communicate and collects information from other department during month and process
  • Maintain and trouble shoot the accounting system by liaising with IT departments and system provider.


  • Preferably CPA or Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA Qualification
    Minimum five year relevant experience
  • experience in audit and costing
    has strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
  • good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS excel
  • Experiene in QB or any accounting system or ERP
  • Able to work Independentl and highly meticulous
