- Supervise the disbursement, payroll and treasury account, and the cost accounting of the organization
- Ensure the correctness of all transactions in the book of acccounts by doing proper reconciliation
- Reconcile and verify all government contributions and statutory payments.
- Assist the FC in preparing appropriate entries and process of month end closing
- Ensure that all services contracts, insurance and permits and licenses are updated
- Document accurately profit and losses
- Submit reports in a timely manners, ensuring delivery deadlines
- Review audit issues to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile balance sheet to ensure account balances are supported by appropriate docuemntation
- Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability
Duties and responsibility:
- Utilize interpersonal and communications skills to lead influence and encourage other team member.
- Ensure compliance with the standard and local operating procedures.
- Communicate and collects information from other department during month and process
- Maintain and trouble shoot the accounting system by liaising with IT departments and system provider.
Educations:
- Preferably CPA or Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA Qualification
Minimum five year relevant experience - experience in audit and costing
has strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels - good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS excel
- Experiene in QB or any accounting system or ERP
- Able to work Independentl and highly meticulous
