As a Retail Jewellery Accountant at Bafleh Jewellery LLC, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our retail operations. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including invoicing, VAT compliance, anti-money laundering procedures, accounts receivable and payable, petty cash management, audit support, financial reporting, inventory management, and financial record keeping.

Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including reconciliations and timely payments.
Petty Cash Maintenance: Safeguard and manage petty cash funds, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Audit Support: Assist in the preparation and documentation for internal and external audits.
Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices for Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
VAT Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including accurate VAT calculations.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Assist in the implementation and maintenance of AML policies and procedures in accordance with UAE regulations.

Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Inventory Management: Oversee the accounting and tracking of Jewellery inventory, including valuations and reconciliations.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
