We have collected over 1,600 kg of aluminium cans from the inbound waste stream, hospitality lounges and food and beverage outlets. Job Description:
establish and analyze cost of annual manpower in accordance with the approved manpower budget and produce related reports in presentable and timely manner to support business decisions.

facilitate the reconciliation of employee related accounts to guarantee punctual disbursements to employees, accurate deductions, and proper accruals, while also verifying the precision of data entries, examining accounting journal entries, and overseeing the amortization of staff benefits payments. take proactive measures to rectify any errors or discrepancies and ensure their prompt resolution.

coordinate and execute month end provisional and accrual activities and deliver monthly headcount details along with the payroll signoff documentation to facilitate the closure of each month.

identify opportunities for enhancement and collaborate with pertinent stakeholders, including it and hr teams, to implement system improvements, automation, and address pending requests, ensuring the ongoing optimization and standardization of processes and systems.

compile and uphold crucial employee related reports and analyses, facilitating the timely and precise distribution of data and insights to meet the business’s support and information requirements.

administer periodic employee related payments such as payroll, leave salary, final settlement and other employee related payments by processing, validating, monitoring in accordance with the service level agreements and ensuring the payments are compliant with the company policy, governance, doa and labor law.

assist in planning, initiating and completing yearly ctc and manpower budget process to ensure the reasonable budget estimates, assumptions and aligned with budget guidelines within the specified timeframe.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
bachelor*s degree in accounting or commerce or equivalent

Experience:

thorough knowledge of applicable salary/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, corporate procedures, and new UAE labor law.

at least 5 years* experience in finance, with 2 years preferably in payroll

  • ERP experience in finance modules
