Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, client-focused professional to join our team as an Account Executive – Maintenance Contracts (Fire Fighting Systems). This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation in fire safety systems, hands-on experience managing service or maintenance contracts, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end maintenance agreements for fire fighting systems, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure all contractual deliverables are met with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities – Fire Fighting System Maintenance Contracts

Act as the main point of contact for clients holding fire fighting system maintenance contracts, ensuring satisfaction, timely support, and consistent service quality.

Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance contracts—initiation, renewals, modifications, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with technical teams to plan and monitor scheduled and emergency maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and minimal operational disruption.

Proven experience in managing service or maintenance contracts, preferably within fire fighting systems, building services, or related safety industries.

Strong technical knowledge of fire fighting systems, system components, and safety standards applicable to commercial and industrial sites.

Qualifications & Experience – Fire Fighting, Contracts, Client Service

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role involving contract management within fire fighting, facilities management, or maintenance services.
