RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client communications.
Oversee the quality of all deliverables, ensuring they meet agency standards and client expectations.
Lead client presentations, delivering clear and compelling communication to showcase account performance and results.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategies, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients based on industry knowledge and trends, leveraging your education, consumer, or lifestyle sector experience.
Ensure the highest quality of work is delivered on time and within budget, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Actively guide, lead and coach junior members of the team, especially in marketing and communications activities related to your assigned clients’ contracts;
Solid project and/or account management skills with an ability to simultaneously deliver on multiple tasks, projects and accounts in a cross-functional environment, fully aware of timelines and deadlines associated with each campaign, project or other deliverable; Experience using a project management system i.e. Monday.com, Planner, Astana preferred.
BA/BS in a relevant field or advanced degree strongly preferred;
Education, consumer, or lifestyle sector experience in Abu Dhabi
Excellent value-based and authentic leadership skills; BA
Able to build a collaborative relationship with all internal team members, third party stakeholders and clients;
Extensive knowledge of integrated marketing tactics, corporate communication and media relations;
Solid working experience in advertising, copywriting, content creation, press releases and brand marketing experience, proofreading and editing;
Effective communication and organizational skills;
Self-aware and open to a constructive ‘360’ feedback;
Work from anywhere for up to one month per year
