Job Overview
Zeta – F&B (AJBR), part of Emaar Hospitality Group, is seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to support daily Food & Beverage service operations in Dubai. The role is responsible for maintaining high service standards, supporting the restaurant team, and ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience.
The ideal candidate should have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering personalized guest service in a luxury or 5-star environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations in accordance with established restaurant standards and procedures.
- Ensure guests receive attentive, efficient, and professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Monitor service quality and support the team in consistently meeting hospitality standards.
- Take proactive steps to identify and prevent potential guest complaints.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and support effective service recovery when required.
- Communicate proactively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Keep guest satisfaction at the center of all service activities.
- Support team members in delivering consistent and personalized customer service.
- Help maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies, food safety requirements, and applicable hospitality procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Friendly, professional service personality with strong emotional intelligence.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- College degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory or F&B service role, preferably within a 5-star hospitality company.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences.
