Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Requirements
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in coordination with stakeholders.
- Define project activities, dependencies, responsibilities, and completion criteria.
- Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and agreed upon before execution.
- Coordinate project planning activities to support timely and efficient delivery.
Project Execution and Coordination
- Coordinate project activities across internal departments, business units, and external service providers.
- Monitor project execution against approved plans and schedules.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and follow up on actions, decisions, and outstanding requirements.
- Support the resolution of project execution issues and coordination gaps.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Progress Monitoring and Risk Management
- Monitor project progress against approved milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Develop and follow up on risk mitigation and recovery actions.
- Assess the impact of changes and issues on project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
- Escalate significant project risks and delays to the appropriate management when required.
Testing, Implementation, and Handover
- Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure project deliverables meet approved requirements.
- Follow up on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are completed before implementation.
- Coordinate implementation and project handover activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure required approvals, documentation, and acceptance criteria are completed before project closure.
- Support post-implementation activities and follow up on outstanding issues.
Project Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, meeting records, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
- Maintain accurate records of project requirements, changes, decisions, approvals, and deliverables.
- Prepare periodic project progress reports covering achievements, risks, delays, deviations, and required actions.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, complete, and up to date.
Process Improvement
- Review project outcomes and document lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities to improve project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting processes.
- Support the implementation of approved project management improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and more efficient project workflows.
General Responsibilities
Delivery and Resource Management
- Complete planned activities according to operational and development targets and approved delivery schedules.
- Utilize project resources effectively while maintaining cost and time efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting planned activities, execution status, and deviations.
Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve project-related operational problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management or stakeholders when necessary.
Quality Management
- Ensure applicable quality requirements are followed throughout project activities.
- Support effective quality control processes and compliance with relevant specifications and standards.
Compliance
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, work instructions, and project management requirements.
- Ensure project activities comply with applicable operational and regulatory requirements.
Health, Safety, and Environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and controls.
- Support safe project execution while maintaining legislative compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant field.
- Strong project planning, coordination, reporting, and organizational capabilities are preferred.
Experience Required
- 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in project management, project coordination, planning, monitoring, reporting, or a related engineering environment is preferred.
