The manager will work with business teams to understand employee-development requirements and coordinate suitable learning initiatives.

Responsibilities include identifying training requirements, supporting annual learning plans, coordinating workshops and training sessions, maintaining training records, and evaluating the effectiveness of development activities.

The HR & Administration Manager will oversee the maintenance and operational condition of workplace facilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing maintenance contractors, monitoring infrastructure and utility requirements, and supporting applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
