About the Role
The FP&A Manager will play an important role in HealthHub’s financial planning and analysis function. The position focuses on understanding business performance, developing forecasts, monitoring budgets, and helping management evaluate future investments and growth opportunities.
The role also involves analysing operational factors such as patient volumes, healthcare facility utilisation, revenue performance, and other business indicators that can influence financial results.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting
Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts. Ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives and important operational factors, including patient volumes and utilisation.
Financial Performance Analysis
Monitor actual financial results against approved budgets and forecasts. Identify significant variances, investigate their causes, and provide practical recommendations that can help improve financial and operational performance.
Financial Modelling
Develop detailed financial models to evaluate proposed clinic expansions, new healthcare services, investments, and other business opportunities. Conduct ROI, scenario, and sensitivity analyses where required.
Business Partnership
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance teams to improve understanding of financial performance. Translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights that can support effective business decisions.
Strategic Decision Support
Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, presentations, and executive-level analysis for leadership teams. Provide reliable information that supports strategic planning and business reviews.
FP&A Processes and Reporting
Support the continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting, governance, and reporting processes. Help improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial information through systems and tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other reporting platforms.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Approximately 5–8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or a related area.
- Previous professional experience within a healthcare environment, such as hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, or medical networks.
- Strong practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modelling.
- Experience working with operational or commercial teams, preferably within a multi-site organisation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Healthcare industry experience is an important requirement for this position.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA would be an advantage.

Knowledge of healthcare performance indicators—including patient volumes, utilisation rates, and revenue-cycle metrics—would be valuable for this position.
