Role Summary
The Online Merchandising Coordinator will support the online merchandising team in delivering a seamless and engaging digital shopping experience across websites and mobile applications. The role involves coordinating online content, product imagery, product information, photoshoot samples, reporting, and daily e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product and content uploads across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle websites and mobile applications.
- Ensure online content is accurate, consistent, up to date, and aligned with established brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update studio tracking sheets to provide accurate, real-time information for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate product samples required for photoshoots by reviewing item lists and working closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure product images are correctly linked to the relevant product information across digital platforms.
- Support Online Merchandisers in optimizing category and product pages to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Help highlight key products, seasonal trends, promotional campaigns, and brand stories across online channels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and buying teams to collect, review, and enrich product content.
- Ensure complete and accurate product information is available across all relevant digital channels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports and online KPI updates.
- Monitor customer trends, online shopping behavior, and customer requirements to support improvements to the digital customer journey.
- Assist the online merchandising team with day-to-day operational activities and ensure tasks are completed within required timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve online content, product presentation, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising and e-commerce principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management and reporting.
- Good analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams and external suppliers.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and online shopping trends.
- Interest in emerging technologies and their application to improve the online customer experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
