The ideal candidate will have strong automotive dealership experience, commercial awareness and the ability to manage service operations effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Aftersales operations and work toward monthly revenue, gross margin and profitability targets.
• Improve customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient service processes and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Implement dealer standards, operating procedures, audits and best practices.
• Lead and develop service teams, including supervisors, coordinators, parts counter associates, cashiers and support staff.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, turnaround time and revenue per repair order.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans to enhance business performance.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, workshop equipment and other operational resources.
• Coordinate the handling of technical and product-related concerns and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Support employee development through coaching, training, performance reviews and career development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Aftersales management position.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of automotive dealership and distributor operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing teams and improving service processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve business targets.

Education and Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing Aftersales, Service or Bodyshop operations.
• Good understanding of workshop productivity, service operations and customer satisfaction processes.
• Strong commercial understanding of sales, gross margin, profitability and operational KPIs.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

About the Aftersales Team

The Aftersales team supports customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey through service, workshop, parts and customer support functions. The Aftersales Manager will work with the wider leadership team to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction and business results while maintaining required automotive standards.
