alfanar Electric is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support manufacturing efficiency, process improvement, cost optimization, quality, and operational excellence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Production Development & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain process routings, factory layouts, and workstation designs.
- Improve manufacturing processes and production methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare machine specifications and requirements and support supplier evaluations.
- Coordinate machine installation and ensure proper handover to production teams.
- Develop and maintain work instructions for manufacturing activities.
- Identify suitable tools, fixtures, and process parameters to maintain consistent product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and support the qualification of special processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Follow Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures and applicable legal and company requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact reviews within the assigned work area.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and participate in safety drills.
- Promote QHSE awareness and provide relevant training to team members.
- Ensure equipment certifications and applicable safety requirements are maintained.
- Monitor QHSE performance indicators and maintain required records.
- Promote workplace safety, HIRA, HIP, and 5S practices.
- Work with safety teams to continuously improve site QHSE performance.
- Stop or report unsafe and non-conforming activities when required.
Team & Operational Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Allocate tasks effectively and support team performance.
- Execute planned activities according to operational and development schedules.
- Use available resources efficiently while maintaining cost and quality objectives.
- Prepare periodic reports covering planned activities, execution, and deviations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Support quality control processes and ensure product and process requirements are maintained.
- Improve documented systems, policies, procedures, and opportunities for automation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, work instructions, and applicable safety standards.
Requirements
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and process improvement.
- Knowledge of new process introduction.
- Understanding of process automation.
