Key Responsibilities
Site Operations
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work follows approved project plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.
- Check the availability and proper utilization of materials, equipment, and other resources.
- Support the project team in maintaining efficient site operations.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and resolving site-related technical and operational issues.
- Provide regular updates regarding project progress, risks, and technical concerns.
- Support effective communication between project teams and external parties.
Progress Monitoring
- Monitor project and site progress against planned schedules.
- Identify potential delays, operational challenges, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Assist in implementing solutions to keep project activities on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities and progress.
Technical Support
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams when required.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Assist with testing, inspection, commissioning, and related site activities.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, logs, and other project documentation.
- Ensure project records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Provide periodic reports highlighting progress, deviations, and completed activities.
- Support documentation requirements for project monitoring and audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Relevant technical qualifications and site experience will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in electrical projects, site operations, testing, commissioning, or project coordination is preferred.
